PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conductive film where process is simplified, and also, conduction at lower temperature is possible, a conductor obtained thereby, and a device produced using the conductive film.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a conductive film containing a process where a conductive material made of core particles in which at least a part of the surfaces is coated with organic matter and a dispersion medium is subjected to heating treatment at 250°C or lower by heating with electromagnetic waves. It is preferable that the heating treatment is performed at 200°C or lower, and it is more preferable that the heating treatment is performed at 150°C or lower. It is preferable that the content of the organic matter in the core particles containing copper in which at least a part of the surfaces is coated with the organic matter is 0.1 to 10.0 mass%. Also provided is a conductor obtained by the production method for a conductive film. Also provided is a device where the conductive film produced by the production method for a conductive film is used as electric wiring, heat conductive wiring and a coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
