PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device that can reduce noise caused by crosstalk.SOLUTION: A solid-state image pickup device includes a photoelectric conversion film and plural photoelectric conversion elements. The photoelectric conversion film is provided over plural pixels at one surface side of a p-type monocrystal Si substrate, absorbs and photoelectrically converts light of any first and second color wavelength areas in the three elementary colors of light, and transmits light of a third color wavelength area therethrough. The photoelectric conversion elements are provided in the p-type monocrystal Si substrate so as to correspond to the plural pixels, and all the photoelectric conversion elements absorb and photoelectrically convert the light of the third color wavelength area transmitted through the photoelectric conversion film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
