PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output amplifier having a configuration, capable of setting a limitation in an amplitude of an output signal during a normal operation, capable of easily securing safety, and an IC chip including the same.SOLUTION: An output amplifier 10 includes: an input resistant part 11; a common voltage input part 12; a computing amplifier 13; and a limit circuit 14. The computing amplifier is so configured that a common voltage Vref is input to a non-reverse input terminal, and one end of the input resistant part and a feedback resistor Rfb are connected to a reverse input terminal, and an output voltage signal Vout is output. The limit circuit limits a voltage of a first node Nm1 of the input resistant part on the basis of a limiting voltage signal Vc and the output voltage signal of the computing amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
