PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption while carrying out control regardless of the contact resistance of spring pins.SOLUTION: A feedback circuit 10 carries out output so as to make reference voltage Vref and feedback voltage equal. In a sensor circuit 20, a current flows between a first contact 24b and a third contact 25b for supplying the current to a detection element 22. A differential amplification circuit 30 amplifies voltage between a second contact 28b and a fourth contact 26b to feedback, while voltage applied on a load resistance R1 is given as bias voltage. So as to apply the same voltage Vd as voltage Vsd applied on the detection element 22 when predetermined application voltage Vs is applied on the detection element 22 and a predetermined load resistance Rs, in the detection element 22, a ratio of reference voltage Vref to the predetermined reference application voltage Vs, a ratio of the load resistance R1 to the predetermined reference load resistance Rs, and an amplification factor of the differential amplification circuit 30 are made to be the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
