The present invention relates to a volume control device based on voice recognition, and a volume control method using the same. The volume control device based on voice recognition includes: a recognized voice level detecting module (13a) which calculates a volume size for a voice signal into a quantitative numerical value by a voice recognition unit (11); and an output voice level setting module (13c) which sets the output to a voice output unit (12) by a volume unit corresponding to a voice level matched with the quantitative numerical value. |
