FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing composite materials, composite material, manufactured by this method, and to system for realising said method. Technical result is obtained by method of producing composite material on the basis of plastic reinforced by fibres, including step (a) bringing the binder in contact with strengthening fibrous structure to obtain an intermediate material and (b) curing the binding substance in the intermediate material to produce composite material. At that, before the stage (a) binding substance is mixed with dilutant to produce mixture. During stage (b) diluent is separated from binding substance by energy transfer to dilutant through intermediate material. During at least part of time implementing of step (a) strengthening fibrous structure is placed in mold. During stage (a) transfer of energy from intermediate material is performed for heating of parts of binder to temperature lower than boiling point diluent in mixture in intermediate material.EFFECT: technical result is increase of strength to weight and wear resistance to action of repeating and long-term loads composite material ratio.23 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
