<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply producible yogurt liqueur as an alcoholic beverage using milks having an excellent flavor as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The yogurt liqueur comprises Sake and yogurt and further contains 2-10 vol.% of ethyl alcohol, 3-7 wt.% of nonfat milk solids, 1-3 wt.% of milk fats and 6-16 wt.% of glucides. A sweetened liquid yogurt is used as the yogurt. Thereby, the readily producible yogurt liqueur having an excellent flavor of the Sake by alcoholic fermentation, moderate sourness and taste of the yogurt and moderate sweetness can be provided.
