PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded motor and a magnet embedded motor rotor manufacturing method capable of removing a gap between a permanent magnet and a magnet hole in a radial direction of a rotor without increasing the number of parts.SOLUTION: In a magnet embedded motor, each of external cores 25b is plastically deformed in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of a rotor through each of first and second walls 28a and 28b, thereby a width of each magnet hole 26 in a radial direction of the rotor is made smaller. As the result, each external core 25b and each permanent magnet 29, and an internal core 25a and each permanent magnet 29 are brought to be in contact with each other in the radial direction of the rotor. Thus, there is no need to use additional member to fill a gap between the permanent magnet 29 and the core 25 in the radial direction of the rotor. |
