PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element driving circuit which has a shunt driving system and which can make an optical output waveform good.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element driving circuit 1A is a circuit that modulates the magnitude of electrical current Id supplied from a bias source 12 to a light-emitting element 14 depending on an input signal Sin. The light-emitting element driving circuit 1A comprises an input terminal 22, an output terminal 24, a transistor 30 and a transistor 40. An input signal Sin is input into the input terminal 22. The output terminal 24 is connected between the light-emitting device 14 and the bias source 12. In the transistor 30, a base terminal 31 is connected to the input terminal 22, a collector terminal 32 is connected to the output terminal 24 and an emitter terminal 33 is connected to a reference potential line 18. In the transistor 40, a predetermined voltage Va is applied to a gate terminal 41, a source terminal 42 is connected to a power supply potential line 16 and a drain terminal 43 is connected to the output terminal 24. |
