PURPOSE: A self light-emitting flexible base sheet for signboard is provided, which is easily produced and easily fabricates large sized outdoor signboard by producing the sheet in a roll type after forming conductive mesh layer on a self light-emitting inorganic electroluminescent sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The self light-emitting flexible base sheet for signboard comprises an upper synthetic resin layer(11) having flexibility so that the upper synthetic resin layer can be wound in a roll shape; a transparent electrode layer(13) coated on the back surface of the upper synthetic resin layer; a light emitting layer(15) formed on the back surface of the transparent electrode layer; a dielectric layer(17) coated on the back surface of the light emitting layer to induce electron emission; a conductive mesh layer(23) laid up on the back surface of the dielectric layer to increase amount of current, lower area resistance and increase tensile force and elasticity; a lower synthetic resin layer(31) which is formed on the back surface of the conductive mesh layer, and which has flexibility so that the lower synthetic resin layer can be wound in a roll shape; and electrode layers(14,16) connected to the transparent electrode layer and the conductive mesh layer, wherein the conductive mesh layer comprises woven polyester yarn(25); and copper layer(27) coated on the surface of the woven polyester yarn, and wherein a conductive protection layer is further coated on the surface of the copper layer.
