<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a different charging amount on the basis of conditions, such as an ink used for printing, a recording medium or the like with respect to printing of a printer. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 11 is connected with a management computer 13 of a management center 12 via the Internet I to acquire image data PI stored in an image data storage part 19, by sending an acquisition request signal AI to the management computer 13. When the user desires a print of an image, on the basis of the image data PI and performs setting of print conditions, the user terminal 11 reads print medium information MI and cartridge information CI from a print medium IC chip 15a of a printing medium 15 and a cartridge IC chip of an ink cartridge via a printing medium information transfer part 16 of a printer 14 and a cartridge information transfer part 17.
