<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding structure for a fuel enclosing container with a welded member simultaneously capable of maintaining strength and improving fuel-resistant permeation performance. <P>SOLUTION: In this welding structure, the fuel enclosing container 2 having an opening part 1, and the welded member 5 having a welded part 4 on the outer circumference of a tubular part 3 are provided, and the welded part 4 is welded with a container outer surface on the outer side of the opening part. The welded part 4 is provided with a weld strength securing layer R1 and a fuel resistant permeation layer R2 laminated inward and outward of the weld surface 8. At least the inner side surface of the tubular part 3 and the outer side surface on the other end side are formed of fuel-resistant permeable materials R3.
