The invention relates to a metering dispenser, particularly of toothpaste product, for a toothbrush. This dispenser is noteworthy in that a tubular body 2 is equipped with a step-by-step control means 10 acting on a piston 9 through the action of a pusher 13 with small axial travel so that, upon each impulse exerted on this pusher, a metered amount, which is always identical, of product is delivered.
