<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body having a bimorph structure usable as an actuator, which has improved displacement amount performance. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated body to be employed has two resin layers. The first resin layer has a conductive resin layer as a basic body resin, and can contract and expand by incorporating and discharging anions.
