<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric capacity by reducing the space occupying ratio of a ferroelectric material in a ferroelectric charge type reaction apparatus to reduce power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric 4 charged between electrodes 3A and 3B is formed as a double-layer structure and a nucleus is constituted of a material having a relatively low dielectric constant such as cordierite and the surface thereof is coated with a ferroelectric material such as barium titanate. The shape of the dielectric 4 is set to a pellet shape, a honeycomb shape or a foam shape.
