<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a voice guide while dynamically changing guide information. <P>SOLUTION: A PC server 1 outputs a voice file for guide to be transmitted to information units 3-1 to 3-n, to a control unit 2. The control unit 2 controls the information units 3-1 to 3-n to transmit the voice file transmitted from the PC server 1 to a mobile terminal 4 by a flickering pattern of optical beacons 11-1 to 11-6. The mobile terminal 4 picks up an image of the flickering pattern of the optical beacons 11-1 to 11-n by an ID recognition camera 21 to receive the transmitted voice file and outputs corresponding voice data from a speaker 22.
