<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress loss of a film by shortening a distance from a bag making instrument to both sealing bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The first transferring conveyor 18 is movably arranged in the film transferring direction on the upstream side of both sealing bodies 20 and 21 through the first slide base 35. In addition, the second moving pulley 19a constituting the second transferring conveyor 19 is movably arranged in the film transferring direction on the downstream side of both sealing bodies 20 and 21 through the second slide base 37. Both slide bases 35 and 37 are moved in the film transferring direction by being accompanied with the movement of both sealing bodies 20 and 21 through an interlocking means 53.
