<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for feeding a plug crystallized pre-foam of secular stability and excellent dimensional accuracy in the plug crystallization of a polyester resin bottle by providing a working method of excellent thermal stability of polyether-etherketone, and using a plug inserting tool using the working method. <P>SOLUTION: A polyether-etherketone resin is machined to be a preliminary work which is larger than the finish dimension by 0.01 mm to 1.00 mm. The preliminary work is preserved for at least 6-48 hours in the environment of 180-250°C, cooled to normal temperature, subjected to aging, and cut to the finish dimension as a permanent work to manufacture a plug inserting tool. The plug inserting tool of excellent dimensional stability is manufactured by this method. The plug inserting tool formed of the polyether-etherketone resin is inserted in a pre-foam plug of the polyester resin, and the pre-foam plug formed of the polyester resin is heated to perform the plug crystallization of the pre-foam.
