PURPOSE:To attain optimum class A amplification by controlling automatically a base bias voltage of a high frequency high output transistor(TR) in response to an input level or an output level of the high frequency high output TR. CONSTITUTION:A base bias voltage corresponding to a change in an output level of an output signal is inputted to input a high frequency high output TR 4 by a control circuit 13 based on a detection output voltage of a detection circuit 12 detecting the output signal of the high frequency high output TR 4 or a base bias voltage corresponding to an operating point data in a read only memory 24 is inputted to the high frequency high output TR 4. |
