PURPOSE:To form foam in an appropriate mixing ratio from the start of the pumping by making the inflow of air earlier than that of the liquid in charging a mixing chamber with air and the liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a working member 30 is positioned at the upper limit, a larger space is formed between a valve seat 10 at the bottom inside a smaller- diameter cylinder 7 and a valve disc 61 at the lower end of a rod-shaped member 60 which is held upright from inside the bottom part of the smaller-diameter cylinder 7 and whose upper part is fitted in a stem 32 of the working member by frictional engagement than between the lower ends of fitting cylinders 35 extending vertically down from a head 36 and a flange-shaped outward wall 53 of a larger-diameter piston 50. As a result, when the head 36 is pressed down, the larger-diameter piston 50 is pressed down by the fitting cylinders 35 earlier than a pressure valve is closed by the valve disc 61 and a valve seat 10, so that air flows into a mixing chamber 45, formed between a discharge valve 36 and a foaming member 37 inside the fitting cylinders, earlier than liquid flows into the mixing chamber. |
