PURPOSE: To correctly turn a lid to a specified open position by working of a spring when the lid is opened, exceeding a specified angle of opening, and to make therewith opening of a closing device easy by a method wherein stopping elements projecting at their both sides from a container body or a lid support and a lid for forming a plurality of joining parts are provided additionally. CONSTITUTION: In a closing device for a plastic container, a lid 14 which can be tilted via a hinged connection 50 from a closed position to an open position is connected to a container body or a lid support 12 attached to the container body. A spring 52 which exercises force at its both side respectively on the container body or the lid support 12 and the lid 14 is provided. In this case, stopping elements projecting at their both sides from the container body or the lid support 12 and the lid 14 for forming a plurality of joining parts 54, 56 are provided additionally. contact surfaces for making the joining parts come into contact with each other are formed at the stopping elements. The stopping elements are forcibly moved to a contact position by the spring 52 working on the lid 14. Thereby, the lid 14 is opened correctly at a specified position of opening even though being opened, exceeding a specified angle of opening. |
