PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate circuit integration in a digital circuit with simplified circuit configuration and proper data and power transmission so as to reduce power consumption at a slave section. SOLUTION: A changeover circuit 32 is switched to a position of a continuous OSC with a '0' level of a signal RSm and the wave OSC is fed to a slave section 40 via a coil drive circuit 33 and coils 34, 41. The wave OSC sent to the slave section 40 is rectified by a rectifier circuit 42 and a power supply voltage VDDS is fed to each circuit in the slave section 40. Then the signal RS is set to '1' and the circuit 32 is thrown to the position of transmission data SDm . The data SDm are fed to the coil 34 via the circuit 33 and a coil pulse current flows to the coil 41. A power detection circuit 43 detects it and a signal detection circuit 44 is operated by the result of detection to detect the coil current flowing to the coil 41 and reception data RDs are demodulated. |
