摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of channels by making a frequency oscillated by a voltage controlled crystal oscillator VCXO highly stable in the mobile communication and to attain high speed communication by selecting a base station at a high speed. SOLUTION: A base station 11 is provided with a GPS reception means 7 receiving a signal with a prescribed period sent from a satellite, a voltage controlled crystal oscillator VCXO 5 which is oscillated at a period based on an external control signal and provides a reference signal, a transmission means 4 using the reference signal to modulate a transmission signal and sending it, a reception means 7 using the reference signal to demodulate a received signal, and an adder/subtractor 8 comparing the signal with a prescribed period with the reference signal to control the oscillating means so that the reference signal is equal to the signal with the prescribed period thereby making the reference signal highly stable and also with a GPS receiver 9 in which a position of a mobile station 12 is calculated based on a GPS signal, a distance up to the base station 11 is calculated based on the calculated position of the mobile station and the base station 11 making communication based on the distance is selected and then the base station 11 is selected at a high speed.
