<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sound insulating simulation of high accuracy by taking account of background noise caused by indoor air-conditioning equipment. SOLUTION: A voice signal to be an object of sound insulation evaluation is outputted from a sound source recording reproducing device 44, provided with a sound insulation characteristic by a digital filter and reproduced by a speaker or a headphone. A noise signal corresponding to background noise caused by indoor air-conditioning equipment is generated from background noise source 58, and four channel noise signals different in phase are generated by a phase shifter 60, made astatic and reproduced by the speaker or headphone.</p> |
