Automatic processing of wort flows

For the automatic processing of the wort flow, an ideal nominal value is calculated in advance by a test run at the cloudy deposit pumps. The level in the vessel is controlled so that the difference in level between the fluid volume in the clarifying tank and in the vessel is held at a constant value. Only at the end of the process, when the fluid in the clarifying tank is lower than the caked grains, is the fluid level increased to compensate for the capillary action of the solid grains material.
