PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a price, to reduce the handling time of the adjustment of a slice level and to prevent malfunctions resulted from a diffused external light by supplying a voltage corresponding to an internal power supply voltage on an automatic machine side generated in a power feeding part to a light receiving circuit. SOLUTION: The voltage supplied from an internal power supply 21a used inside the automatic machine side is generated in the power feeding part 11a of this paper money kind housing device for housing paper money kinds attachable and detachable to/from an automatic machine for performing the money receiving processing and money pacing processing of the paper money kinds, optical signals from the automatic machine side are received in the light receiving circuit 10 and the voltage corresponding to the voltage of the internal power supply 21a on the automatic machine side generated in the power feeding part 11a is supplied to the light receiving circuit 10. Thus, even if the voltage of the internal power supply 21a on the automatic machine side is lower than normal and a light emission amount on a transmission side is little, a threshold on the side of the light receiving circuit 10 is automatically lowered and a stable communication operation is made possible. Also, the power feeding part 11a is supplied with power by electromagnetic coupling from the automatic machine side. Thus, contact defect generation by a contact point or the like is prevented. |
