PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base stock suitable of be used in an injection-molding method by providing the stock with chip-shape and amorphous or working structure. SOLUTION: In the case the base stock is crystallizing state, the material powder producing intermetallic compound in semi-melting state, e.g. Si powder is stuck beforehand to the base stock ship by using binder such as SiO2 to restrain the growth of solid phase and simultaneously form the intermetallic compound which does not melt in the semi-melting state, thereby obtaining the molding material excellent in heat resistance. After forming the base stock into the melting state at the temp. of semi-melting state co-existing solid phase/ liquid phase or just above the m.p., a member having <=80μm average grain diameter in the solid phase is injection-molded. By this method, the lowering of the strength and the elongation is prevented. The staying time of the material in a cylinder is made to within 40 min and the growth of the solid phase diameter is restrained. In the case of containing Si and Ca in alloy components, at the time of applying the heat treatment to the forming member at >=100 deg.C, the heat resistance is improved.
