PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample-holding apparatus for use in analyses which holds analysis samples. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a thin main body (preferably formed of a transparent material in an alveolar shape). The main body constitutes a thin plate. The thin plate has a plurality of cavities 6, 6' defined by a plurality of cell-like parts hanging down from the plate. End parts of the cell-like parts are closed by caps of a shape forming a part of a sphere. The end parts of the cell-like parts form between adjacent cavities lateral diaphragms 7, 7', 12, 12' extending schematically in parallel to axes of the cavities. The diaphragms in the lateral direction provide vertical faces to be engaged with a supporting clamp. |
