FIELD: construction of safe razors. SUBSTANCE: razor unit has casing member with blades which may be mounted for resilient offset and may be offset outside casing member, and embracing clamps positioned at both sides of casing. Ends of each clamp abut against lower surface of casing member. Razor is further provided with device for preventing clamp ends from displacement relative to lower surface of casing member, when impact force is applied to razor unit. Blades are independently movable one relative to another upon applying of force acting in the process of shaving. Such construction allows blades and other members of razor to be retained within razor casing in proper position during shaving and in case of sudden impact action. EFFECT: increased strength, enhanced reliability in operation and simplified construction. 12 cl, 10 dwg |
