The fan hub has a central cylindrical passage (1) to accommodate the drive shaft. It has a cylindrical or tapered outer casing (11) and is divided into e.g. three chambers (2) by radial partitions (10) the chambers may be filled with perfume (3). Perfume may escape via small perforations and the chambers may be sealed by a closure plate and a spinner.
