The system is designed in part as an air conditioning plant. It is designed with a spray electrode system and a precipitation electrode system. A spray electrode is already provided before and-or behind the evaporator (1) or inside the fan impeller. The fan impeller itself can also serve as ionizer. Further ionizer (3-6) are provided, behind the fan impeller in the region before and behind the heat exchanger (10). The walls of the housing are easily mountable and pref. exchangeable on the inside with denatured precipitation electrodes. Further surface which can deflect the air are designed as denatured precipitation surfaces can be used, or also surfaces used otherwise as blocking units.
