FOOD INCLUDING EXTRACT OF NASTURTIUM OFFICINALE HAVING INHIBITIVE EFFECT OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

摘要

PURPOSE: Food including extract of nasturtium officinale having the inhibitive effect of high blood pressure is provided to expect the continuous drinking effect by simply taking the food anywhere. CONSTITUTION: The food including extract of nasturtium officinale is manufactured by the steps of: extracting for 1-3 hours by heating the material at a temperature of 80-100°C after mixing 100g of the well-dried nasturtium officinale powder with 3 liters of distilled water; filtrating the extract after cooling it at the normal temperature; repeating the same extracting process three times after adding the same amount of distilled water to the remained material; and obtaining the extract of nasturtium offcinale by drying it under the vacuous state after concentrating it with a vacuum concentrator.
