PURPOSE: A device for producing soybean milk is provided, thereby the amount of waste water from the production of soybean milk can be decreased and the produced soybean milk is homogeneous. CONSTITUTION: The device for producing soybean milk consists of a cracking apparatus(11) comprising a fixing plate having fixing blades and a rotation plate having rotation blades which are located in the lower part of a soybean inserting hopper(10), a partitioning plate(16), a baffle(17), in which the partitioning plate(16) is located upside the bottom phase(15) having a space where a suction passway(19) connected with a ventilation apparatus(21) is located, a selection room comprising a selective outlet(18) and an outlet hole(20) which is located under the partitioning plate(16), a pumping apparatus comprising a fixing plate having fixing blades and a rotation plate having rotation blades which are located in the lower part of a vessel body(30), in which a rotation wing is established at the outside of the rotation plate, and a grinding apparatus(31) comprising a suction pipe(35) and an exhausting pipe(36). |
