摘要 |
<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon film laminate having an excellent adhesive strength and generating no lowering in adhesive strength even if preserved under a high humidity condition without using an anchor coat agent and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A nylon film 60 or a nylon film of which the single surface is printed is subjected to plasma discharge treatment under an atmospheric pressure and a polyethylenic resin is extruded in a molten state to be bonded and laminated to the treated nylon film in a film form. The adhesive strength of the nylon film and the polyethylenic resin film at this time is set to 600 gf/15 mm or more. Plasma discharge treatment under an atmospheric pressure is performed under a condition set to discharge treatment density of 100 W/m2/ min or more in an atmosphere comprising a nitrous oxide/helium gas mixture wherein the concn. of nitrous oxide is 0.5 10 vol.%.</p> |
