PURPOSE: An online payment system and method for managing member companies integration are provided to offer integrated service for the members and online service for payment, by connecting a member managing server to servers for the member companies that include a database which stores the information of users collected via the online and offline. CONSTITUTION: A customer makes an integrated membership card(200) read in a card reader(110) in order to request the online payment to a member company(220) or an allied member company. The customer accesses a home page provided by an integrated member manager(230) via network, using web browsers dedicated for the online payment and installed in a server(224-1) for the member company(220) and in a server(224-i) for the allied member company. The manager(230) integrates the information of registered members to establish an integrated database(232). The manager(230) provides a server(234) for managing integrated members and a dedicated web browser that includes a program for the online payment.
