PURPOSE: An organically unified internet human resources management system for education, online certification examinations, and human resources management is provided to supply internet education, to manage personal knowledge and other experiences by providing certifications through objective examinations, and to supply recruitment opportunities to the companies. CONSTITUTION: An operator server stores a person's experiences, education, and certification examination data in database form and it provides the information to individual members and organizational members through the internet. An individual member can evaluate one's ability through the personal certification exam. The operating server manages the evaluation data and provides education service through links to various educational organizations. The profit is generated by receiving service fee from the organizational members and examination fee from the individual members. An organizational member can request for necessary human resources. The operator provides online and offline employment opportunities to the individual members, and the qualified members are recommended and hired by the companies.
