PURPOSE: A pneumatic generator is provided to protect the environment and to prevent the air pollution by using the pneumatic energy as a power source of the pneumatic generator. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic generator comprises a generator, a motor and a roller. The generator includes a field magnet(10), a relay device(20) and an electric member(100). The motor is coupled to a shaft of the generator. The roller(30) includes a supporter(32) and a handling plate(34). The roller(30) is connected to a tire of the generator. The relay device(20) is installed in a vacuum portion(400) which is defined by rail supporters(6a,6b). In order to ensure the stable operation of the relay device(20), a gear belt(23), a relay shaft and a relay bearing are provided. The field magnet(10) is installed on left and right rails which are positioned at a lower end of a rim.
