PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a running gear shift lever for changing a running speed of a machine body. SOLUTION: In a traveling agricultural machine provided with a running gear shift mechanism for changing a running speed of a machine body continuously variably, a gear shift sensor 149 detecting gear shift operation of a running gear shift lever 73 and a gear shift motor 157 shift operating the running change gear mechanism are provided, and the gear shift motor 157 is operated and controlled based on the detection of the gear shift sensor 149.
