<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material which is excellent in effects of suppressing vaporization of ink, excellent in rigidity and transparency, and excellent in aptitude for environments such that it can be manufactured without wastes in energy, can be biodegraded, can be hydrolyzed under natural environments or the like. SOLUTION: The packaging material for receiving and holding an ink jet head and/or an ink tank is constituted of a biodegradable film comprising at least one kind selected among biodegradable polymers including a polyamino acid, starch, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyglycolic acid and Bionol, and at least one of silicon oxide (SiO2) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) which is metallized on the biodegradable film. A form with stream permeability of 0.95 g/mm2 24hr or less is preferable. In addition, a form with a further biodegradable film provided on the metallized silicon oxide (SiO2) and/or aluminum oxide (Al2O3) is preferable.</p> |
