PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator of the state of a vehicle traveling control device in which a driver need not memorize the vehicle speed range constituting a set condition and a control condition, the present vehicle speed can be easily compared with the vehicle speed range constituting the set condition and the control condition at a glance of a speedometer, and effective use of the traveling control can be realized. SOLUTION: A vehicle speed range indication unit 1-96 is provided along a scale of a speedometer 2-2 indicating the vehicle speed, and a display content determination unit 1-8 for determining the content to be transmitted to the driver on the vehicle control condition is provided on a controller 30 for traveling control. The display content determination unit 1-8 displays the vehicle speed range corresponding to the set condition capable of performing the set operation in a non-setting mode, and outputs to the vehicle speed range display unit 1-96 the display command of displaying the vehicle speed range corresponding to the control condition capable of continuing the traveling control in a setting mode.
