A mailbox delivery signal and marketing device is disclosed, that alerts the user when their mail has arrived in their mailbox, and also has display panels that allow for personal and/or commercial (or any type of enterprise) displaying of messages and/or images. The apparatus allows an individual, company, organization, etc. to express themselves by placing their sign, emblem, slogan, message, etc. on available surfaces on the apparatus that are designated for this purpose. The device may include a spring, a spring housing and apparatus support, a main support bar with an affixed sign platform, an additional removable sign platform, and a hook plate. A modified version may contain, in addition, a mail-alert arm, a spring-arm support, a support bar pivot pin, a supporting arch, supporting pillars, flag stops, and a central rod with an end stop.
