摘要 The present invention relates to a complex comprising a fusion protein (a) comprising at least two epitopes; (b) protein A comprising an interaction domain capable of interacting with said first epitope of the protein of (a) and comprising a first effector domain; and (c) protein B comprising an interaction domain capable of interacting with said second epitope of the protein of (a) and comprising a second effector domain whereby said interaction domains of protein A and protein B are not capable of directly interacting with each other. Furthermore, specific nucleic acid molecules encoding said protein A and/or said protein B are provided as well as expressed protein A/B molecules. In addition, compositions, in particular pharmaceutical and diagnostic compositions are described which comprise the members of the complex of the present invention. Finally, the invention provides for in vivo and/or in vitro methods for the detection or elimination of a fusion protein, more preferably an oncogenic fusion protein.
