PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary noise from being outputted when reproducing a partly enciphered audio code train. SOLUTION: The audio code train is composed of enciphered frames including enciphered data and silence data, and frames not including enciphered data. In a decoder, when a cipher deciphering key which is recorded in the enciphered frames and decodes the enciphered data is not acquired, the enciphered data are not reproduced for the reproduction period of the enciphered frames, but silence is outputted (sound is not outputted) based on the silence data. Therefore, for the reproduction periods of the frames 1 to 3 and the frames 7 to 9, sound is not outputted. Moreover, for the reproduction periods of the frames 4 to 6, sound for audition is outputted on the basis of a code train described in each frame.
