PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition that can attain adequate seizure resistance for a long period of time even when it is used under high temperature, high speed and high loading conditions, and to provide a rolling bearing using the same. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a lubricating base oil and at least one additive selected from a thickening agent, a phenolic compound, an amine compound, a sulfur compound and a phosphorus compound.
