<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma lipid inhibitor capable of readily being taken and effectively inhibiting lipid in plasma. <P>SOLUTION: This plasma lipid inhibitor is obtained by carrying out inclusion of a chlorophyll extracted from bamboo grass with various cyclodextrins or cyclodextrin derivatives.
