PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens adjustment mechanism for adjusting inclination between an optical light axis of an objective lens and an optical light axis of a microscope main body by simple structure. SOLUTION: The objective lens adjustment mechanism is constituted by providing a fixing part 10 supported by a microscope system 2, an objective lens supporting part 20 which supports the objective lens 3, flexible parts 11-14 provided between the fixing part and the objective lens supporting part, and a pressurization part 41 which bends the flexible parts 11-14 by pressurizing the objective lens 3 or the objective lens supporting part 20.
