<p>The present invention covers hair with color (like paint) and forms a film when the solvent evaporates after application to the hair. The result is a non-transferable, water-resistant color application. In particular, the present invention is a temporary or semi-permanent hair color touch-up system. The hair color comes in matte and light-reflective or pearl shades. Thus, the present invention is directed to a hair coloring composition and an applicator for application of the composition to the hair of an individual.</p> |
