A heating device for a heater using near infrared rays and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat discharging effect by using aluminum having good thermal conductivity as a main material. A heating device for a heater using near infrared rays includes a body(2,2'), thermal protrusions(3), a coating layer(4), and a groove(5). The body(2,2') is an oval made from the material of aluminum and a little bit of zinc through die casting, and is separable into the upper and the lower parts. The thermal protrusions(3) are formed at the outside of the body(2,2'). The body(2,2') has a rough surface by the sanding treatment. The coating layer(4) is made from Teflon and ceramic, and is on the whole inner and outer surface of the body(2,2'). The groove(5) is for inserting and fixing a near infrared rays lamp(L) at both inner sides of the body(2,2'). |
