The present invention relates to a mail delivery server for sending electronic mail to a recipient side mail delivery server for administering a mail address entered in a destination field of the received electronic mail, and delivers a mail reply from a mail recipient administered by a mail delivery server that can not handle other communications means, such as fax, to a person receiving information using other communication means such as fax.
