PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a recommendation reason more easily understood by a user in recommending a content with a recommendation reason. SOLUTION: A recommendation contents determination part 12 determines a recommendation content from a contents DB 11, and supplies the same to a comparison content group obtaining part 13. The comparison content group obtaining part 13 obtains a comparison content, which is a content as an object for comparison with the recommendation content, from the contents DB 11. A difference item detection part 14 detects a difference item, which is an item with recommendation content having a difference from the comparison content. A presentation part 15 presents the difference item as a recommendation reason of the recommendation content.
